This is a very good quality Heals old barristers desk and it is much larger than most desks, the back of the desk is panelled and polished, so it was intended to bee seen from all sides even though it is not a partners’ desk
The desk has been fully restored with a new black tooled leather, the desk has 9 drawers including a deep filing drawer on the left hand side at the bottom and one of the other drawers on the right has a divided section, all the handles are original and the desk is in good condition
