Antique Brass Mounted Brown Leather Suitcase

1900 - 1920
Description

An Antique heavy-duty brown leather suitcase of large proportions, with brass lock titled 'Secure Lever', straps and buckles, brass mounted additional handle on the lid and brass stud feet to the underside. The canvas lined interior originally had a central partition which is now lacking and is titled 'Leiutenant A.E. Stanley'.

In good condition overall, no areas of leather rot, the handles are thick and strong, some wear to the edges and the lock mechanism is locked open and lacking key.
