Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1950s.
It has a 16 jewel manual wind movement, as you can see it is in fabulous condition.

This watch is in incredible condition and looks as though it was hardly worn. The dial has been professionally restored so is perfect and the hands and winding crown are completely original. It has just been serviced and a new glass has been fitted.

As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case. A new high quality black leather strap has been fitted.
The case is fully hallmarked.

The watch case is classed as oversize and measures 36mm in diameter not including the crown.
Overall this watch is in outstanding condition and highly sought after by Tissot collectors indeed it looks as if it was rarely worn.

The watch has been fully serived and is guaranteed to be a genuine Tissot in all respects. It has been professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufactureres approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.
