The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
They show the figures riding goats, the tailor with a barrel on his back with 2 kids in it, and his wife with 2 babes in a basket on her back with another in her arms.

They measure approx. 5 1/4" high and 4" wide. Condition is very good. There has been a loss to the right ear of the tailor's goat. No other damage, nicks or chips and no restoration I can detect. There is some crazing but that is usual for these pieces and a few small paint losses.
