The drop in seats and rectangular padded backs are newly re-upholstered in a grey velvet. Supported on typical Shapland and Petter designed square tapering supports with H stretchers, each stamped (RD 439436) and also stamped "2281" which was the original Shapland & Petter design number. The two armchairs are of slightly larger proportions and have open arms with padded armrests. English circa 1900-1910

Condition: This pair of chairs are in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed. Newly re-upholstered in our workshops in a grey velvet.
