Description

Stunning large kuttrolf shaped hand blown glass decanter with a facet cut stopper, polished pontil and with a silver collar hallmarked for Asprey & Co. of London date mark for 1909. This shape is also known as glug glug, kluk kluk, cluck cluck and possibly others as well!

It measures 11" high with stopper and 4" wide. Condition is very good. There is a small dent to the edge of the collar, some small shallow chips to the bottom of the stopper and some shallow chips to the glass rim tucked under the lip of the collar. No other damage, a bit of surface wear to the silver and some faint water marks.
