Antique Victorian Mahogany Double Wardrobe Compactum C1880

Antique Victorian Mahogany Double Wardrobe and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality mahogany and with a cross banded frieze above a stepped cornice top above a further costs banded frieze and with two full length arched panelled doors with original lock escutcheon and standing on a deep cross banded plinth base.

Internally it is lined and to one side is full hanging space with brass rail and to the other side there is further hanging space above a shelf and a single mahogany sliding tray drawer and flight of three drawers and to the base there is a long deep drawer. All of the drawers are ash lined with brass handles.

Separates for ease of transporting.

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
