Antique William IV Mahogany Leather Upholstered Armchair

Description

Stunning antique mahogany William IV library armchair upholstered in what looks to me like the original leather. I can't be sure if it's the original leather & to be honest, that would mean it's been on there for about 180 years. However the leather was showing plenty of scuff marks, so we just polished them out & gave it a good wax. Either way, the leather upholstery has been on this chair for a long time. The mahogany frame has the typical William IV incised carvings, turned legs & original brass casters. This chair is in lovely original condition throughout, with loads of character & because of the high back, it's also very comfortable.

Depth - 26", 66 cm

Height - 41.8", 106 cm

Seat Height - 15.4", 39 cm
