Pair of Antique Deep Buttoned Leather Wing Armchairs

1900 - 1920
Description

Very impressive large pair of antique Chippendale style distressed leather wing armchairs, which I would date to around the 1920's period. These chairs are naturally distressed & have a great colour, plus loads of character. They are of generous proportions & sit on mahogany legs with cross stretchers between. The backs are deep buttoned & they have loose cushions. There are no rips, tears or holes in the leather & they have just been cleaned & polished by a leather specialist. The leather is all hand tacked on the frames.

Depth - 31.5", 80 cm

Height - 42.5", 108 cm

Seat Height - 18", 46 cm
