Victorian Canvas Covered Steamer Trunk

Description

An attractive and useful canvas covered steamer trunk with beech strapping,leather carrying handles and metal fittings. Perfect for storage/coffee table etc.

The trunk is complete with its inner tray,original papered lining and concealed metal roller castors. The overall condition is very good.

The name of the original owner.T.H.Banks is painted on the side and there is a luggage label with Mr Bank's name showing that he used the trunk to travel on G.W.R.
