Edwardian Brass Ceiling Light

1900 - 1920
Description

Dating from around the late 1890's - early 1900's, this lovely brass light comes with the original etched shade, decorative brass top and chain, and it is in excellent condition.

It comes with the original brass ceiling rose( see photo 2). Around the brass frame holding the shade are four brass lion's heads with brass floral swags in-between.

The light measures: length from the ceiling rose down to the base of the shade 70cm; the width of the frame holding the shade at the widest part is 23cm. The glass shade is approximately 19cm in length. It was rewired to UK specifications and takes a single lightbulb.

As we no longer sell through a retail outlet the light can be viewed with us in Surrey by appointment.

Postage and packing within the UK mainland only, is included in the price, and for delivery to remote parts of the UK or abroad, please contact us for a quote.
