A Vintage 1920s Pocket Watch

Description

A vintage 1920s pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding Swiss movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to around 2 - 3 minutes over 24 hours. The movement is stamped 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 52 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The nickel case has light surface marks from use and the odd minor mark but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece. The inner dust cover has the initials of a previous owner scratched on it.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition.

The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands which are set by a pin set mechanism.

Price includes worldwide postage.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
