Large Mahogany Bookcase C.1860.

Description

Impressive mid 19th.c. mahogany bookcase c.1860. Unusual low waisted design with two doors over two large drawers in the base. Large moulded cornice over arched glazed panel doors with carved detail to the tops and four adjustable shelves inside each section. Further carved detail either side of the doors plus carved handles to the drawer fronts. Solid mahogany sides and drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Original locks, keys supplied. Splits into two pieces plus cornice and plinth for ease of delivery.

Dimensions: width 75", height 18", height 84".
