Description

A large highly carved 19th Century Italian walnut bookcase / cabinet, the moulded cornice above a carved frieze, with two large glazed doors opening to reveal two shelves inside, the doors flanked by carved scrolls, the lower section having four drawers above two carved panelled doors, the whole piece standing on a large plinth base. Circa 1840.

All of Martlesham Antiques furniture is hand polished by their own French polishers and restorers to a very high standard. We are also a member of LAPADA, the association of art and antiques.
