A Victorian 12 Drawer Deal Collectors Cabinet by James Gardner of Oxford Street, London. Circa 1890.

Description

A good twelve drawer entomological collectors cabinet in deal by james gardner of oxford street circa 1890.

This cabinet was originally designed for a collection of british butterflies but will serve a multitude of collecting pursuits as a storage and display cabinet offering protection for the drawer contents.

The cabinet has a working lock and key and the drawers all have closely fitting glazed frame tops. The drawers are base lined and ready for use.

Height. 33.5 inches.

Width. 19.5 inches.

Front to back. 17.25 inches.

Drawers.

Width. 17 inches.

Front to back. 15 inches.

Overall depth. 2 inches.

Imperial depth drawers.
