George III mahogany linen press

This is a very fine example of a Georgian linen press. As it is not as vast as many it can fit into many smaller cottages and homes as its height is good.

The quality of the craftmanship in its making is very high , with many tiny features of detail especially in the cornice.

The linen press is fitted slides to the top section that are behind the double panel doors.

The base with a pair of small drawers above graduated full width drawers below.

This stands on lovely bracket feet.
