Victorian Mother-of-pearl Small Tea Caddy

Description

A pretty early Victorian Mother-of-Pearl TEA CADDY of small size.

Completely covered in "patchwork" segments of mother-of-pearl, it has a vacant cartouche to the lid, and a matching escutcheon to the front. The lid opens to reveal a matching inner lid, with ivory knop handle and most of the original lead lining, whilst it is supported on pretty ivory bun feet.
