A Rare Oak George III Period Four Drawer Dresser Base

Description

A rare oak George III Period four drawer dresser base of wonderful colour. Having a two plank top measuring an impressive 8ft 2ins in length of superb colour and patination, above an arrangement of four rectangular oak lined drawers. Each drawer having the original brass swan neck handles, with fine mahogany banding to the edges and oak cock beads. Having a wavy frieze, the whole supported on elegant cabriole supports with pad front feet and shaped rear supports. English circa 1780

Dimensions: 98" wide x 19" deep x 32.5" high

Condition: This dresser base is in excellent condition, a wonderful colour and patination. Some old repairs to the pads of the feet
