Pair Antique Victorian Gothic Oak Chairs

Description

A very decorative pair of antique Victorian Gothic chairs in ebonised oak. They have elaborately carved backs with upholstered central panels and upholstered seats. The side supports are barley twist and topped with finials. The back legs are also barley twist and the stretchers and front legs are turned. They have been newly reupholstered in a burgundy self patterned velour fabirc. Dating from circa 1890. Price is for pair (i.e 1 pair in stock)

Fairly solid and sturdy. Some old splits and old mends to the frames. They have been newly reupholstered. Some old splits and mends to the top rails.
