This is a superb quality and intricately carved pair of Chairs, the Chair backs have a multitude of fruits and figures, including a winged celestial forming the top rail and a pair of fearsome fire breathing dragons beneath, there is even the face of a mischievous imp carved into the seat. The chairs have sturdy turned legs and stretchers
The chairs are in good condition for their age and the backs have fantastic patination
The Chairs are 43” high at the back, 19” wide and 20” deep the seat is 18” high
