Description

A wonderful and highly decorative doorstop or door porter with a central shell shaped motif with two figural (mermaid?) heads either side. The handle is shaped into a beautiful heart.

Heavily weighted with an iron block to provide a hefty piece but worry not, registered airmail is included! Excellent quality and condition with a lovely antique patina dating to the Victorian era, around 1850.

The footprint measures 6 1/4" x 2 1/2"; overal spans 8" wide and stands 13" tall.
