Victorian Brass Table Lamp

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a very heavy, good quality lamp that we estimate to be from around the last part of the 19thC or early 20thC. It has been rewired for the UK market with flex cable (as can just be seen in the main photo).

It was most likely once either the base of an oil lamp, or a candle stick. It weighs 2.7kg !

The lamp measures 40cm up to the lamp holder, and it has a 14cm square base. The central column is 32cm in height.

We had the lamp professionally polished but not lacquered, and the superb details can be clearly seen.

Postage and packing within the UK mainland only, is included in the price but we can supply delivery costs to other areas.
