RARE SILVER AND AGATE SET RIBBON THREADER, ADIE & LOVEKIN, BIRMINGHAM 1897.
This is a rare and very fine solid silver ribbon threader, set with agate in the handle. It was possibly carried attached to a chatelaine. It bears hallmarks (slightly rubbed) for Birmingham 1897 and the maker’s mark for Adie & Lovekin as well as the mark “patent”.
Condition:
In very good condition (see photos).
Weight: 2.75 grams approx.
Measurements: 66 x 8 x 6 mm approx.
