Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1960s.

It is quite stunning with a gilt dial and also has the Longines winding crown.
It has just had a brand new glass fitted so there are no scratches and there is no inscription on the back.
The movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of swiss watchmaking.

As you would expect from Longines the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case, the bracelet and case are fully hallmarked.
It comes complete with a new presentation box.
Longines are one of the most exclusive makers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.

The watch measures 16mm wide and it fits a wrist size of between 6.25 and 6.75 inches and has a three position double safety clasp.
Overall this watch is in beautiful near mint condition and looks as if it was hardly ever worn, it would certainly make a perfect gift especially for a lady.

The watch has just been fully overhauled, restored and serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Longines in all respects.
The watch has just been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Longines in all respects. This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then throughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and the watch sealed, in the case of waterproof watches a full waterproof presure test is carried out to manufacturers specification.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.
