An Antique Silver Omega Pocket Watch

1900 - 1920
Description

An antique silver Omega pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is good to within around one to two minutes over 24 hours. The movement is marked with the Omega logo. There is a protective inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 47mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are Swiss hallmarks inside both of the back covers, together with an early Omega mark. There is some unevenness to the back of the watch case but other than that, the case is in good condition.

The plastic lens is in good condition.

The white enamel dial has a hairline crack running from the centre up towards number 12.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
