Antique Large Victorian Mahogany Double Wardrobe C1880

Antique Large Victorian Mahogany Double Wardrobe and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality mahogany y it has a cornice top above a deep cross banded frieze and two full length and shaped mirrored doors with original mahogany lock and escutcheon. To each side is a moulded panel and internally to one side is a brass hanging rail and to the other is a brass hanging rail above a lined sliding tray and two drawers both of which are pine lined . To the base there is a long deep panelled drawer with original turned mahogany handles and it stands on a deep plinth base.

Measures: 84" high x 23" deep x 64" wide and internal depth 19.5"

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
