Description

1920s pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, with 17 jewels, which ticking away nicely and the time keeping is good to within around one to two minutes over 24 hours. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The pocket watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The gold plated case is the Star model from the English watch case maker Aaron Dennison. The case has some surface marks but overall is in good condition for its age.

The watch glass is in good order.

The dial is in super condition.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
