Description

A absolutely beautiful mid 19th century gilded and painted Overmantle mirror with a wealth of intricate detail. The frame decorated with painted flowers and foliage having a gilded back ground, crested with acanthus leaves and swags of flowers. Retaining the original mirror plate and back boards. The whole raised on a shaped Oak plinth. A high quality rare example in wonderful condition throughout.

Dimensions: Height: 56 1/2 Inches (143.5 cm), Width: 55 Inches (140 cm)
