Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.
It's mahogany, with satinwood stringing & inlay all over. The top half has a central astral-glazed door, with glass panels on either side. The inside back is also polished mahogany & it has two glass shelves. The bottom half has curved doors either side with two drawers in the middle with fine dovetails & original brass handles. It has tapered legs with brass feet & there is a shelf between the legs. This cabinet was beautifully made & it also has lovely proportions.

Length - 45", 114 cm
Depth in Middle - 17", 43 cm
Height - 71.3", 181 cm
I've just the glass shelves weren't put in place in the cabinet when photographing, which is a bit detrimental to the look of this piece. It looks much more balanced with them in.
