Antique Carved Shaped Walnut Stool

1900 - 1920
Description

This antique walnut stool has a fabulous shape & is very good quality. I would date it to around the 1890-1910 period & it's in good original condition. We just upholstered the seat in a cream linen fabric & gave the wood a polish. The legs have deep shell carvings on the knees. The walnut has a lovely nutty brown colour & a great patina.

Length - 24", 61 cm

Depth - 17.3", 44 cm

Height - 18", 46 cm
