A Gillows Mahogany George IV Buffet

Description

A well proportioned solid Mahogany Gillows Buffet from George IV period, circa 1825. The buffet having 2 moulded edged tiers adjoined by reeded standard end supports and scrolled shaped bases, terminating in beautiful reeded bun feet of which retain the original inset brass castors. Wonderful high quality timber used throughout with good even colour . Stamped "Gillows" to underside to each base.

Dimensions Height 43 1/2 Inches (110 cm), Width 48 Inches (122 cm), Depth 20 1/2 Inches (52 cm)
