Large Pair of Upholstered Armchairs C.1920.

Description

Superb pair of large George II style upholstered armchairs c.1920. Superior quality with heavy, solid mahogany frames with a gadrooned edge and shaped arm fronts and legs with crisply carved scrolling acanthus leaf detail. Supremely comfortable with a generously proportioned sprung seat and loose seat cushion. Recently upholstered in a green leaf pattern velour damask. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Very clean covers.

Dimensions: width 35", depth 33", height 37".
