A Good C19th Chinese Hongmu Urn Stand of Large Proportions

Description

A good C19th Chinese Hongmu urn stand of large proportions; the circular top with a finely carved scrolling foliate border and flowerheads, housing a coral coloured marble insert; the waisted frieze with gadrooning and pierced foliate carved apron, raised on four scrolled legs with acanthus carving terminating in carved scrolled feet, united by a finely carved circular undertier with a central panel depicting a dragon. Good rich colour and patination.
