Elmgarden has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The light is made in pewter, and has a curved glass to the front, most of the candle sconce is intact and the electric fitting could be removed to have it returned to candle light. The wiring is recent and looks fine but as with all electrical goods we recommend it be checked over by an electrician when having it installed
The light is 13” high, 6” wide and 3” deep
