Vintage 1920s Oscar Moser Chronometre Pocket Watch

Description

A vintage 1920s Oscar Moser Chronometre pocket watch.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is within 2 - 3 minutes over a 24 hour period. The nicely jewelled movement is unsigned.

The watch measures 53.9 mm diameter excluding the stem and crown. The nickel case has light surface marking from use . The inner case is signed Oscar Moser & Cie. The inner case covers have surface scratches.

The glass watch lens is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The dial is signed Chronometre, Corgemont Watch. The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has lovely ornate hands.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
