Antique Edwardian Mahogany Double Bed

1900 - 1920
Description

A stylish antique Edwardian mahogany double bed dating from circa 1910. The headboard and footboards have a inlaid central motif. It has a Vono frame which is easily assembled or dis-assembled for transport. Comprising of a headboard, footboard and iron rails. Just add bed slats and a standard double mattress.

Construction/Wood:

Mahogany

Condition Report:

Some scuffs, wear and marks commensurate with age. It has been cut down in size at some point and there are holes at the back where the brackets would have been – see photos. Also some fllled holes to the front legs at the the bottom.

Headboard Height: 35 inches

Footboard Height: 31 inches

External Width: 55.5 inches
