Antique Edwardian Oak Gents Wardrobe Compactum C1900

Antique Edwardian Oak Compactum Wardrobe from the original ' COMPACTOM ' Company and dating from around c1900. Constructed from solid oak it has a moulded caddy top above two panelled doors and brass handles with working key. Internally and to the left is the original patented sliding rails ( also with a hanging rail across) and with shoe rails to the base and tie rack to the back of the door with original makers label. To the right side there are two shelves and two drawers with assorted compartments and with a mirror and shelf to the back of the door.

It stands on splayed bracket feet.

Measures: 70" high x 21" deep x internal depth 19.5" x 48" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
