A rare case design Admiral Fitzroy barometer. A tall oak case with beautiful detailed carved pediment and pillar capitals. Twin vernier side scale adjustment to mark the current and yesterdays air pressure. The original backpaper with 'Special Remarks' for weather forecasting. A bulb shaped thermometer and storm tube. Circa 1880.
All In wonderful condition
