Description

An eye-catching mahogany centre table from the Edwardian period. Constructed from a very high grade of mahogany timber and inset with profuse inlaid decoration. The octagonal top has satinwood banding, a chequer banding edging and a large central floral panel. Further inlay can be found to the legs (including harebells) and a central fan on the under-stretchers. The table stands on elegant tapering legs are terminate in the original brass castors. This table has been repaired in the past (see close up photo of shake to top) but we have recently has it sympathetically repolished and it is now offered for sale in excellent condition.
