Antique French Art Deco Desk Stand, Marble, Spelter Bronze Inkwell, 20s Vintage

Superior condition, this is a French, Art Deco desk stand dating to c.1925.

Sat on a marble plinth, a beautifully cast swallow in flight is opposed by a classic Art Deco form inkwell with original glass liner. To the fore is a dished pen rest.

A highly decorative period piece in cast spelter bronze this is a super piece full of charm.
