Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the 1870s.
Each stands on their original mustard-coloured Sienna Marble base, one figure has hand on hip, holding a sheaf of corn, whilst the other carries a bunch of garages tied to a stick and with a sickle in his right hand. Probably French, the largest stands 8ins (20cms) tall. Priced for the pair.
