Good Barograph by Negretti & Zambra, London

Description

A good quality late 19th century BAROGRAPH by the renowned makers: Negretti and Zambra of LONDON.

The honey-oak case with its bevelled glass panels, is unusually hinged for access (to wind the mechanism and change the charts etc). The eight-day movement is fully functional, with its 8-disc bellows and large revolving barrel. Another good feature is the thermometer to the front, and it is fully signed. To the base is a shallow drawer complete with large quantity of unused charts.
