Original jacobean country oak court cupboard and dating from around 1620-40. Constructed from solid oak with a carved frieze above turned corbels to each end. The top has two moulded panelled doors and carved panel to the centre. The base has two doors each with four panels and iron hinges. The door handles are georgian (iron) but one of the back plates is missing. The sides are panelled and it has its original oak back boards.
The top separates from the base.
