Description

1920's cased, silver and guilloche enamel writing set. This lovely compendium is of silver/grey enamel background, decorated with black enamel silhouettes of a young girl and flying birds, set in silver. This set contains a monogrammed desk seal, a propelling pencil, a letter opener with an ivory blade, and a "dip" pen with a gold-plated nib.

Austrian. c.1920.

Length of pen 16cm.

Height of desk seal 3.25cm.

Case 22.5cm x 9cm.
