A very attractive, solid silver and gilt Pyx communion box for carrying wafers. Circular in design, with a rope edging to lid and base. The lid is hinged. Clearly hallmarked on the base with part hallmarks on the lid, marked London 1938 made by Art & Book Co.
Condition:
The box is in very good condition and closes perfectly.
Measurements: 60mm diameter approx.
