Description

An exceptional large burr walnut Victorian Period antique Canterbury. Having a shaped frame veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut and with four walnut finials. The three internal divisions supported by turned walnut columns. The front and reverse also having beautifully carved and pierced fretwork panels with carved floral and geometrical detail. The base again veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut and with a concealed mahogany lined drawer with finely cut dovetails. The whole supported on turned walnut feet with gilded and brass porcelain castors English circa 1860

Dimensions: 28" wide x 18" deep x 22" high

Condition: This Canterbury is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
