Description

A wonderful quality Victorian large desk-top letter or paper clip working well as a paperweight with it's heavy weight.

The heart shaped base is covered in a stunning glossy piece of period Tortoise Shell with decorative markings and colours from golden Champagne to deep chocolate brown.

The hinged clip, also heart shaped, is made from English Sterling silver fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1893 together with the makers initials L & S for the well renowned silversmith, Levi & Salaman.

Superb condition, measuring 4 1/2" x 4".
