A Gorgeous Late Victorian Silver Cream Pail.

A gorgeous silver cream pail from the last year of Queen Victoria's reign. This charming piece, which would also serve well as a sweetmeat basket has engraved pierced sides and a solid base. To the front and back are vacant cartouches, the rim, base and handle are reeded. The handle is also hinged and there is a blue glass liner.
