Victorian Oak Drum Table

Description

A good Victorian circular oak library table with cross banded top and old, slightly faded green leather writing surface which has gold and blind tooling. The frieze with 4 real and 4 false cock beaded drawers each with turned pulls and brass escutcheons. The oak lined drawers with working locks and keys. The base having an octagonal vase shaped column with gadrooned turning and supported on well carved cabriole legs with scroll feet and brass castors. In very good useable condition with a warm golden patina. Can be transported in 2 pieces. Size:- Diameter...48''...122cm. Height...29''...73.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. £55.
