Description

A French Late 19th Century White Veined Marble & Ormolu Mounted clock garniture. The central portico clock with a painted and enamelled dial, supported on two circular front marble columns. The rear flat marble columns having ormolu, ribbon and swag mounts. With a regulation brass movement striking a bell on each quarter and the hour, and with a ribbon and basket pendulum. Having acorn finials and an ormolu cast cartouch depicting the arts. Flanked by a pair of ormolu and marble urns on shaped bases with ormolu mounts and toupe feet. French circa 1880-1900

Dimensions: Clock 17" high x 9" wide x 5" deep Urns 12" high x 4" wide x 3.5" deep

Condition: This clock set is in excellent working condition, lightly cleaned
